This one was fun to do. First you take everyone's favourite singing and dancing frog,

, then you invert the picture, use the gradient tool to get the odd purply-orange background, then after having selected the mouth, use the gradient tool AGAIN with rainbow colours, and then a little bit of text finishes the job nicely.
