For those who have seen the movie "In and Out", you know that it's a rule; Real Men Don't Dance. So I took a copy of the promo poster for "In and Out", like so;

I removed all the text, turned the picture into a negative, added a neon glow, then by selecting the background area, I used the twirl filter to get the ripple-type effect which resulted in this,
