• DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: 6 feet tall. Very white hair. Average build. Blue eyes, clean shaven.
• CLOTHES: Often seen in Red Serge (sometimes a rented one "If we don't catch him by Tuesday, I have to pay extra.")
• DEMEANOR: Often gets frustrated when Bob is around. Handles stressful situations with a calm, collected disposition. Distracted at times, but seems to be a man who is completely comfortable with himself.
• MOTTOS/SAYINGS: "Taxi!" "I'm gonna ride forever!"
• EXPERIENCE AS AN OFFICER: 40 years
• MARITAL STATUS: Not certain. We know that he had a thing for Caroline (Bob Fraser's wife) but lost her to Bob when he missed with the Douglas Fir something er rather Telescoping Bank Shot (sorry, can't remember the exact name. If you know it, email me! :) ) He has a daughter, so we could assume that he did get married at one point, but I don't know if he still is.
• DISLIKES: Being stabbed in the leg. Falling off horses/motorcycles. Being reduced to having to use a cane.
• SECRET SHAMES: Got his hand stuck in a toilet on a train full of gassed mounties. Has a soft spot for Limburger Cheese, which tends to follow him around afterwards (a little prone to flatulence).
