Who He is and why he makes hearts twitterpate:
Billy is probably best known for his portrayal of Rick opposite Sela Ward's
Lily in "Once and Again" and perhaps to a lesser extent, the leading role
in the Disney movie "The Rocketeer". I don't know if it's the eyes, or
the way he's trying to juggle his job, two kids and be with Lily, or the
way he wears a plaid shirt, but something about this guy makes me melt
into awww's whenever I watch the show.
