• AGE: about 30 years old.
• DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Medium length brown hair, brown eyes.
• DEMEANOR: Very helpful, although she will, at times, complain to Ray bitterly that he could at least say thank you once in awhile. Naturally, this is not a problem with Fraser.
• EXPERIENCE AS AN OFFICER: About a year and a half. She finally went out and became a real police officer, and that's why Francesca is filling her shoes as the civilian aid now.
• ENJOYS: Adding excitement to her job by eating ice cream (while complaining to Diefenbaker about how Benton hardly notices her).
• DISLIKES: When Ray is inconsiderate, when Ray bothers her at home to do stuff for him (IE: do a plate check etc.)
