A nice white shirt and nice dark pants.
DEMEANOR:
Authoritative. No nonsense, but treats Fraser with more respect than Inspector
Thatcher often does.
EXPERIENCE AS
AN OFFICER: Not certain but obviously several years since he is
the head of the Violent Crimes unit of the Chicago P.D.
DISLIKES:
When his officers argue amongst themselves. Agent Ford - FBI. The feds
in general. When people accuse his officers of being crooked.

His experience with the Musical Ride. He was a child. It haunted him.
