Always seen wearing Red Serge.
DEMEANOR:
Bumbling. Always tries to be very helpful, although he usually messes things
up (IE: Screaming "Gun!" and proceeding to run straight into a wall). Takes
things very literally (IE: the quote about staying In or Out). Cheery except
when someone (IE: Ray K.) insults Curling.

LIVES:
In a box behind the consulate I think. He could have taken an office or
something like Benton, but thought that would be too fancy for him.

Curling. Sketching. Cooking. Keeping the Consulate clean. Singing the Canadian
National Anthem.
DISLIKES: People
who insult curling (actually got mad enough to want a fist fight with Ray.).
Children who tie him up and go into the Queen's suite at the Consulate.
